We want you to love your order. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please log into your customer account and submit a return or cancellation request directly from your order.
Because our products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method upon approval of your request.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size or color, or for change-of-mind purchases outside the EU withdrawal window, as all products are made to order.
